某校大学生儿童期虐待和社会支持与自杀意念的关联分析

摘要目的了解大学生儿童虐待经历和社会支持与自杀意念的关系。方法 2021年11—12月方便抽样调查某校大学生儿童期虐待经历、社会支持和自杀意念,用logistic回归分析儿童期虐待经历、社会支持和自杀意念的关系。结果 1 233例研究对象中,自杀意念报告率为9.73%。有情感类虐待或忽视、躯体类虐待或忽视和至少经历一类儿童期虐待的学生自杀意念报告率高于无对应儿童期虐待的学生(均P＜0.05)。对于情感类虐待或忽视、躯体类虐待或忽视和至少经历一类儿童期虐待,与无对应类别儿童期虐待伴高社会支持的大学生相比,有对应类别儿童期虐待伴随低社会支持的大学生自杀意念的危险较高(OR=3.761,95%CI:2.085~6.784;OR=3.464,95%CI:2.019~5.945;OR=2.980,95%CI:1.625~5.464;均P<0.001);有对应类别儿童期虐待伴随高社会支持的大学生自杀意念的危险及无对应类别儿童期虐待伴随低社会支持的大学生自杀意念的危险差异无统计学意义(均为P>0.05)。结论应当关注有儿童期虐待经历的大学生社会支持情况,有助于预防大学生自杀意念的产生。

Abstract：Objective To understand the relationships of childhood abuse experiences and social support with suicidal ideation in college students. Methods From November to December in 2021, undergraduates in a university were investigated via convenient sampling. Participants were asked to complete a questionnaire for collecting their information about childhood abuse, social support and suicidal ideation. Logistic regression analysis was employed to analyze the associations of childhood abuseexperiences and social support with suicidal ideation. Results Among 1,233 participants surveyed, the reporting rate of suicidal ideation was 9.73%. The reporting rate of suicidal ideation in students with emotional abuse or neglect, physical abuse or neglect, and at least one type of childhood abuse was higher than that in students without corresponding childhood abuse (all P<0.05). For emotional abuse or neglect, physical abuse or neglect, and at least one type of childhood abuse, students with corresponding type of childhood abuse and low social support had significant higher risk of suicidal ideation (OR=3.761, 95%CI:2.085-6.784; OR=3.464, 95%CI:2.019-5.945; OR=2.980, 95%CI:1.625-5.464; all P<0.001) compared with those without corresponding type of childhood abuse but with high social support. Students with corresponding childhood abuse and high social support and those without corresponding childhood abuse but with low social support had no statistical difference in the risk of suicidal ideation (both P>0.05). Conclusion We should pay attention to the status of social support in college students with childhood abuseexperiences, which is conducive to preventing the occurrence of suicidal ideation in college students.
