Abstract:Objective:To investigate the expression profile of microRNAs in plasma from children without response to hepatitis B vaccine,find clues for providing clinical index to predict effect of vaccine.Methods:Nested case-control study was used to determine the object of study.There were 10 children of non-response to hepatitis B vaccine and 10 children of response involved finally.The expression profiles of microRNAs in non-response group and response group were screened using microRNA microarray chip,RT-PCR was adopted to test the results of microarray chip.Results:Compared with response group, there were three micorRNAs with differential expression before vaccination and five micorRNAs with differential expression after vaccination in non-response group. Conclusions:The expression profile of microRNAs is changed in children with nonresponsiveness to hepatitis B vaccine,compared with responsive children,those microRNA might affect the immune response of hepatitis B vaccine through affecting immune system.
