Abstract:Objective:To observe the effects of combined vaccination in the treatment of children with repeated respiratory infections and its influence on humoral immunologic function. Methods:80 cases RRTI were randomly divided into four groups. the control group (n = 20 patients) was used with placebo only while the vaccine group (n = 20 patients) was simultaneously inoculated with pneumococcal vaccination combined with influenza vaccine, the vaccination pneumococcus vaccine group (n=20 cases), influenza vaccination group (n=20 cases). After 12 weeks of treatment, Our experimental group observe the changes of four groups of humoral immune function and clinical effect after 6 months. At the same time from 2013 February -2014 year in May, select the same period in non RRTI acute respiratory tract infection in our hospital for treatment of 30 cases of children with. Results:After 12 weeks of treatment, RRTI group of serum IgG, IgA and IgM levels were significantly lower than that in non RRTI group (P<0.01). After 12 weeks of treatment, compared with control group, the group of pneumococcal vaccine, flu vaccine group and combination group of inoculation of serum IgG, IgA and IgM levels were significantly increased (P<0.01), and combined inoculation group was significantly better than the pneumococcus vaccine, flu vaccine group (group P<0.01). Compared with the control group, the group of pneumococcal vaccine, flu vaccine group and combination group of inoculation of children with total efficiency is significantly increased (P<0.01), and combined inoculation group was significantly better than the pneumococcus vaccine, flu vaccine group (group P<0.05), pneumococcal vaccine group compared with influenza vaccine group, no statistical significance (P>0.05), no adverse drug the events during the treatment period (P>0.05).Conclusion:Combination of inoculation of pneumococcal vaccine and influenza vaccine can effectively improve the humoral immune function and clinical curative effect in children with RRTI.
