Abstract:Objective To analyze the research hotspots of risk factors related to Alzheimer's disease and their development trends. Methods Literatures related to risk factors for Alzheimer's disease were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection and China National Knowledge Infrastructure. CiteSpace 6.1.R2 software was used to analyze the growth law of relevant literatures, core authors, high-frequency keywords, keyword clustering and the evolution of research hotspots. Results In the field of researches on risk factors for Alzheimer's disease, the gap between the numbers of literatures published at home and abroad was large, but the overall trend was increasing. Zhou Huadong was the core author in China, while Kim S and Kivipelto M were foreign core authors. The research in this field in the United States was the most prominent. In the network of domestic and foreign keyword co-occurrence relationships, 327 nodes, 629 connections, 438 nodes and 3,467 connections were identified respectively, and the centrality ofkeywords likerisk factors, dementia, the elderly and cognitive impairment in domestic studies was greater than 0.10. The domestic and foreign keyword co-occurrence relationship networks were clustered into 14 “clusters” and 8 “clusters” respectively, with the module values of 0.717 and 0.3032 respectively, and the average profile values of 0.9229 and 0.6162 respectively. Domestic prominent words were mainly polymorphism, cholesterol and prevention, while foreign prominent words mainly consisted of coronary heart disease, metabolic syndrome and traumatic brain injury. The outbreak intensity of foreign prominent words was significantly higher than that of domestic prominent words, and the outbreak times of domestic and foreign prominent words were relatively scattered. Conclusion At present, the researches on risk factors for Alzheimer's disease at home and abroad are in a rapid development stage. The domestic research hotspots focus on indicators directly related to physical health, whereas the foreign researches are centered on direct influencing factors as well as external affecting factors such as elderly medical insurance expenditure, cognitive reserve and attitude. Review, sleep disorders, cognitive impairment and primary prevention are the future research trends in this field in China, and there is no obvious trend in the researches abroad.
