虾青素胶囊对高脂血症人群降血脂功能研究

摘要 目的探讨虾青素胶囊对高脂血症人群辅助降血脂作用。方法将110例高脂血症者按血脂水平随机分为受试组和对照组,受试组连续服用受试物45天。服用前后测定血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平和安全性指标。结果试食后受试组TC水平明显下降,下降率为13.04%,自身前后比较及与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.01);TG水平明显下降,下降率为16.75%,自身前后比较及与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);HDL-C水平无明显变化。各项安全性指标试验前后均无明显改变。结论虾青素胶囊对高脂血症人群具有辅助降血脂作用。

Abstract :【Objective】To observe the hypolipidemic effect of astaxanthin capsule in hyperlipidemia population. 【Methods】110 hyperlipidemia volunteers were divided into test group and control group randomly according to contents of serum lipid.Serum total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and indexes of safety were determined at the end of 45 days. 【Results】Levels of TC and TG in test group decreased significantly comparing with control group and were different between before and after test, the rate of descent were 13.04% and 16.75% respectively. All kinds of indexes of safety in the experiment did not change. 【Conclusions】Astaxanthin capsule has the effect on lowering serum lipid in hyperlipidemia population.
