Abstract:Objective To investigate the situation of application and quantity of food additives among Snacks Sold around School in Dalian. Methods All food samples were detected according to the determination method from the Service Manual of Chemical Contaminants and Hazardous Factors Monitoring in Food in 2014. Results The excessive rates of sweetener in beverage and preserves was 16% and 5%; The residual of preservatives in bean products (1/20) was also found to exceed the standard. Conclusion sThe pollution of food additives in beverage, preserves, bean products sold around school of Dalian is seriously, and hence, more work should be done in reinforcing the supervision and controlling the abuse of food additives and residues.
