Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effects of nutritional intervention on patients with type 2 diabetes in community.Provided the scientific basis for diabetes management. Methods A total of 220 patients with type 2 diabetes in Gaoqiao Community of Shanghai were randomly divided into the intervention group(n=110) and control group(n=110).The intervention group received community nutrition intervention 6 months.The changes of the awareness rate of nutrition knowledge,blood sugar and fat inspection Results were compared between the two groups after the intervention.Results Compared with the fasting venous blood sugar[(6.79±2.62)mmol/L,(8.58±2.53) mmol/L,t=5.15,p<0.05],2hr postprandial blood sugar[(7.92±2.58) mmol/L,(10.11±2.55) mmol/L,t=6.33,p<0.05], total cholesterol[(6.88±1.13) mmol/L,(7.25±1.16) mmol/L,t=2.40,p<0.05], glycated hemoglobin[(4.88±1.33) %,(5.25±1.21) %,t=2.16,p<0.05] and high-density lipoprotein[(1.45±0.21) mmol/L,(1.40±0.15) mmol/L,t=2.03,p<0.05] were improved as well as the awareness rate of nutrition knowledge after the intervention(80.18%,70.18%,χ2=29.76,p<0.01). Conclusion Community nutrition intervention could improve the awareness rate of nutrition knowledge. Obvious effects on improved the biochemical indicators of type 2 diabetic patients. Worth to carry out long-term.
