Abstract:Dental caries is a common noninfectious chronic disease in children. In recent years, the incidence of dental caries in children has been rising, and dental caries prevention and treatment has received more and more attention. This study summarizes the epidemic status, influencing factors and intervention implementation of dental caries, analyzes the existing problems in dentalcaries prevention and treatment at this stage, and proposes to conduct an in-depth research on improving parents’ oral health literacy, developing children’s oral health habits and implementing dental outpatient oral care so as to provide references for promoting dental caries prevention and treatment in children.
