The Investigation of Hepatitis B Vaccination immunization low-and non-responders on neonatal and reimmune effect analysis
Abstract:Objective:To investigated affect factors of Hepatitis B Vaccination immunization low-, non-responders on neonatal, analyze the immune effect. Methods:Investigated the situation of Hepatitis B Vaccination first immunization low-, non-responders on2000cases6-12months infants, analysis of the first immunization affect factors, For prime low-and no-non-responders infants given reimmune with10ug hepatitis B vaccine of Han Xin, after further analysis of the reimmune effects. Results: ①The neonatal of postpone vaccination, mothers with HBsAg-positive, fathers with HBsAg-positive, low-and non-response rate was11.27%, 20.09%, 11.29%, higher than5.35%, 6.12%, 7.00% of those accepted0-1-6standardized vaccination mothers with HBsAg-negative, fathers with HBsAg-negative, difference were statistically significant, Logistic regression analysis, postpone vaccination, mothers with HBsAg-positive were low-and no-non-responders key factors;②Afert reimmune one time, three times, anti-HBs geometric antibody concentrationwas significantly higher than before reimmune, the difference was statistically significant, the response rate, GMC levels were increased higher of reimmune three times than only once again, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:Whosemothers with HBsAg-positive, postpone vaccinationneonatal with low-, non-responders rate, reimmune can increase the response rate, GMC
