Abstract:ObjectiveThe method was established to determine Nonylphenol and Octylphenol in drinking-water by uplc . MethodsThe water sample was extracted with dichloromethane.After concentrated,the target analytes were performed chromatographic separation and detection with uplc . ResultsThe linear ranges of the calibration curves for Nonylphenol and Octylphenol were 1-50μg /L. The method detection limit (MDL) for Nonylphenol and Octylphenol were 0.005-0.020μg /L. The average recoveries of Nonylphenol and Octylphenol in drinking-water ranged from 72% to 115%, and the relative standard deviations were 2.7~7.0%. ConclusionThe method is applicable to the determination of Nonylphenol and Octylphenol in drinking water with the advantages of simple,low detection limit and good reproducibility.
