Abstract:[Objective] To investigate dissemination factors of measles among measles vaccination age(8 month~14 years old), estimate the result of immunization measure in force and explore the possible protective measure. [Methods] Case-control study was used to collect information 8 month ~14 years old measles cases citywide within 2009~2013. Investigate the incidence of cases and controls with treatment conditions, the possible exposure history, residence and travel history, history of measles disease history, health services situation, socio-demographic and economic information and other content of household. [Results] Positive attitude for vaccination of parents(OR=0.041,OR95%CI=0.004~0.404) and vaccination (OR=0.013,OR95%CI=0.003~0.051) are protective factors. Floating population(OR=6.016,OR95%CI=2.341~15.462), 7 to 21 days before the onset of measles exposure history of hospital (OR=7.015,OR95%CI=2.846~17.290), and vaccination frequency lesses(OR=5.865,OR95%CI=1.679~20.485) are risk factors of measles for 8 month ~14 years old infant. [Conclusions] High-quailty measles vaccine routine immunization and SIA can decrease the measles incidence of the ≥8 month-old children. It is necessary to strengthen the management of the floating children and hospital infection.
