Abstract:Objective:A high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometric method was established for determination of patulin, dimethoate and carbendazim in juice. Methods:Using QuEChERS pretreatment method, the separation was performed on a C18 column with the gradient elution of water and acetonitrile. The patulin, dimethoate and carbendazim in juice were detected by HPLC-MS/MS with eletrospray ionization(ESI) in mode of multiple reaction monitoring. Quantification was performed by external standard calibration. Results:The calibration curves of three compounds showed good linearity in range of 5-500μg/L for patulin, 0.1-10μg/L for dimethoate, 0.1-10μg/L for carbendazim, with correlation coefficient in range of 0.9991-0.9999. The detection limit of the method was 5.0μg/L for patulin, 0.01μg/L for dimethoate, 0.01μg/L for carbendazim. The recoveries of two spiking levels from 82.2% to 90.0%, and RSDs of the three compounds were all less than 5.3%. Conclusion:The method for determination of patulin, dimethoate and carbendazim in juice by HPLC-MS/MS had the advantages of simple operation, rapidity and accuracy.
