Abstract:To investigate the indicators of fluoride bone injury risk assessment in endemic fluorosis areas, forecast disease distribution, analyze the risk factors by risk assessment, provide the basis for the fluorine hazard control strategies. Methods By field epidemiology survey, analyze the relationship between the drinking water fluoride, daily fluoride intake, cumulative total fluoride intake, urine fluoride, the incidence of fluoride bone injury, evaluate the dose-response relationship, get the BMD, BMDL, RfD of fluoride bone injury risk factors on certain exposure levels. Results The incidence of fluoride bone injury increases with the increase in drinking water fluoride, daily fluoride intake, cumulative total fluoride intake, urine fluoride, linear trend is clearly, the differences were statistically significant. The BMD of drinking water fluoride, daily fluoride intake, urine fluoride are1.43mg/L, 4.47mg/, 1.90mg/L; BMDL are1.19mg/L, 2.94mg/, 1.77mg/L; RfD are0.60mg/L, 2.94mg/, 1.77mg/L. Conclusions The fluoride bone injury risk of population exposed to endemic fluorosis is still closely related with drinking water fluoride, daily fluoride intake, cumulative total fluoride intake, urine fluoride after the change of water. To reduce the risk of fluoride bone injury, we propose to strengthen the water improvement measures combined with fluoride exclude, lifestyle change, improving nutrition structure
