Abstract:Objective evaluation of population immunity condition, which will provide a scientific basis for speed control and eliminate measles. Method according to the systematic sampling and stratified random sampling method in WangJi, PangLing, Dong ping, Luo Long, DaLi, GanHe, NaPo, ShangBa, ShangMin, extract 0 ~ 9 administrative villages, 6 ~, ~ 11, 16, 21 ~, ~ 26, 31, 36 ~, ~ 41 and 46 ~, 51 ~, 56 ~ 60 years old and18 to 35, women of childbearing age, such as 13age group, each age group 50 people, a total of 650 investigation, venous blood, measles IgG antibody by ELISA method. Results a total of survey, 675 people, 594 measles antibody positive, positive rate was 88.00%, the GMT messias 3, different areas of measles antibody positive rate difference was statistically significant (x2 = 30.067, p <0.01), different age groups (including women of childbearing age group) and there was no statistically significant difference of measles antibody positive rate of different genders (x2 = 14.621, p>0.05), (x2 = 0.002, p>0.05). Conclusion JingXi whole crowd measles antibody positive rate level is higher, the formation of certain immune barrier, however, antibody level differences between regions, the need to strengthen weak areas in the county immunization programmes screening and management, actively carry out the weak region of measles vaccine immunization programmes such as leak seeding and strengthening immunity work.
