Abstract:Objective To study the concordance of detection among HBV markers,PreS 1 antigen and HBV-DNA, probe into the relativity between them. Methods Respectively,PreS1 and other serum markers were detected by ELISA,HBV-DNA were detected by PCR from 328 cases with hepatitis B virus. Results HBV-DNA positive rate was 81.0%,85.7% and PreS1-Ag positive rate was 79.4%,80.0% in cases with HBsAg(+)HBeAg(+)HBcAb(+)、HBsAg(+)HBeAg(+).There were not significant differences in detection rate between two groups(p>0.05), in HBsAg (+) HBeAb (+) HBcAb (+), HBsAg (+) HBcAb (+) , HBsAg (+) HBeAb (+) and HBsAg (+) mode ,HBV-DNA,PreS1-Ag detection rates were 40.8%、35.7%;54.5%、48.5%;50.0%、50.0%;100%,100%. There were significant differences in positive rate of PreS1-Ag and HbeAb in HBV-DNA(+) and HBV-DNA(-) mode(p <0.005).Detection limit 1.00E+02. Conclusion There was a close relationship between HBV-DNA and PreS1.PreS1 has a dignostic significance to reflect the replication and contagion of HBV.
