Abstract:ObjectiveTo grasp the toxoplasmosis prevalence situation of human who live in the different ecological environment, and carry out eco-health study about zoonosis. MethodsSelected two counties as survey sites, and investigated the high risk occupational group and outpatient suspected cases. Then, qualitative tested the serum toxoplasmosis IgM antibody of every research object. ResultsThe basic information of the two survey sites were different, and the two survey sites were typical representative of different ecological environment in Yunnan province. Total 228 cases of high risk occupational group and 61 outpatient suspected cases were surveyed. The total serum antibody positive rate of high risk occupational group was 3.51%, 1.59% in Yiliang county and 5.88% in Mangshi city. 8 cases were positive among the high risk occupational group, and their occupation were scattering raising-households, cooperatives and dairy product processing staff. The total serum antibody positive rate of outpatient suspected case was 13.11%, 9.68% in Yiliang county and 16.67% in Mangshi city. ConclusionThe toxoplasmosis infection rates of the high risk occupational group and the outpatient suspected cases were both high. The rates were different in different survey sites, and the toxoplasmosis infection risk of the childbearing years woman was higher than the high risk occupational group.
