Abstract:Objective : To explore the monthly distribution of diseases in hospitalized children. Methods : From Zhongshan city maternal and child health care record room of the hospital medical record system of the export in 2010 ~ 2012 hospitalized children (0 to 18) medical record home page information, of ICD coding initials on the relationship between disease and clinic in corresponding analysis. Can be seen from the factor load diagram in different kinds of diseases and has obvious relevance, certain infectious diseases and parasitic diseases, circulatory system disease, endocrine, nutritional and metabolic disease and 11, December closely linked; Respiratory system diseases, symptoms, signs and clinical and laboratory abnormalities can see, with 2 or 3 month contact closely; Viral infection and characteristics for the skin and mucous membrane damage may contact closely; Diseases of the digestive system, in situ tumor and blood system diseases, originated in the perinatal period in some cases, congenital malformation, degeneration and chromosomal abnormalities, and 4 - linked in October. Conclusion s Most of the hospitalized children diseases present different distribution characteristics in different months. Time to master the occurrence of diseases, clinical diagnosis and treatment allocation of resources.
