Abstract:Objective To provide date support for the prevention and control of the infectious diarrhea diseases by analyzing their temporal clustering in Yinzhou district. Methods The Methods of cluster analysis and circular distribution were used to analysis the temporal clustering of infectious diarrhea diseases in Yinzhou district from 2005 to 2014. Results Through cluster analysis, data showed that all of bacterial dysentery, typhoid/paratyphoid fever, other infectious diarrhea had the feature of temporal clustering. The epidemic periods were from July to August, from January to February, from July to August in turn. The Circular Distribution demonstrated respectively three inclining cluster of time(P<0.05) and it was on August 23rd for bacterial dysentery, as well on August 23rd February 11th and August 8th for typhoid/paratyphoid fever and other infectious diarrhea. The epidemic period for bacterial dysentery was from June 5th to November 3rd,while the typhoid/paratyphoid fever’s and other infectious diarrhea’s were from November 6th of the last year to May 20th and from April 9th to September 28th. Conclusion The epidemic of infectious diarrhea diseases has temporal clustering. The comprehensive prevention and control measures are extremely important before the epidemic periods of infectious diarrhea diseases.
