Abstract:Objective: To detect human parvovirus B19 IgM,IgG and DNA among women in normal pregnancy and Spontaneous abortion, investigating the prevention and treatment to Spontaneous abortion . Methods: The blood of women in normal pregnancy and Spontaneous abortion are collected, human parvovirus B19 IgM,IgG and DNA are detected with ELISA and PCR. Results: The positive rate of human parvovirus B19 IgM, IgG and DNA were 5.77%,46.15% , 21.15% in Observation group and 0%,63.46%, 3.85% in control group, there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05) .
