Abstract:Objective Analysis the characteristics of microbial food poisoning to provide some experience for prevent and control these. Methods Statistical description the microbial food poisoning’s report characteristics, feeding pattern and pathogen distribution by direct network reported during 2006-2013 in Tianjin. Result 46 microbial food poisonings had been reported in 2006-2013,there were 2002 cases. Reports and the number of cases showed a downward trend, the peak season was the third quarter (52.17%), the main feeding pattern were dispatching and canteen meals (67.39%), it was showed multiple pathogens and the vibrio parahaemolyticus mainly (23.91%). The microbial food poisonings of unknown pathogens were most in 2006 (44.44%). Conclusion The canteens in enterprise, building site and fooddistribution unit have been the main oversight story with the rapid development of urban construction. the ability to handle food poisoning need to improve in disease prevention and control institutions.
