Abstract:Children with Down syndrome are accompanied by multiple malformations, somatic diseases and cognitive impairment. Although social functions vary greatly, early intervention can be used to improve social skills. Medical management, family environment, early intervention, education and training, and vocational training can significantly affect the functional level of children and adolescents with Down syndrome and promote their transition to adulthood.
