Abstract:Objective To establish a method for the determination of indium in human hair by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods After microwave digestion, the sample was diluted with deionized water, and the colloidal palladium was used as matrix modifier. The sample was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry and quantified by external standard method. Results The linear range of the method was 5.0-50.0 μg/L, and the correlation coefficient (r) was 0.9996. The detection limit of the method was 0.26 μg/g. The precision and adding standard recovery were 1.63%-2.12% and 97.6%-100.5%, respectively. Conclusions The method uses less sample amount and digestion liquid, and has the advantages of simple operation, high efficiency and less target loss. The technical indicators can meet the requirements of the Guide for the Establishing of Occupational Health Standards-Part 5: Determination methods of Chemicals in Biological Materials.
