Abstract:Objective To explore expression of miR-221 in PARP-1 silencing cells. Methods TK6 cells with PARP-1 silencing were sorted as treated group, while cells with empty vector as control. Expression of PARP-1 protein were detected by immunoblotting. Expression of miR-221 was detected by reverse transcription real-time RT-PCR assay. Results Compared with the control group, expression of PARP-1 protein reduced by 75%(P<0.05), while expression of miR-221 reduced by 26%(P<0.05). Conclusions Expression of miR-221 in TK6 cells may be regulated by PARP-1.
